Pat Kerrigan

Pat Kerrigan is the Chief Operating Officer of DirectSource HealthCare and of its parent company, Direct Source Consulting, Inc., a nationally recognized Healthcare and IT staffing firm. Direct Source is a privately held corporation that has had combined revenues in excess of $37.0 million with its sister company, ThinkCentric, Inc. Pat has spent her career in senior management and human resource positions in a wide variety of industries.

 

She began her career as Director of Human Resources for DHL Worldwide Courier Express and DHL Airways in San Francisco. After 6 years at DHL, Pat held senior Human Resources positions at Data General Corporation and Robotic Vision Systems in New York. In 1987, she became Vice President of Administration and Customer Service for The Pan Am Shuttle. After her Pan Am experience, she was Vice President for Human Resources for Herman’s World of Sporting Goods. Immediately before joining Direct Source Consulting in 1999, Pat was Vice President of Human Resources at Liz Claiborne, Inc. for 4 years. Pat’s over 20 years of experience in senior HR roles ideally equips her to lead DirectSource HealthCare’s efforts to recruit international nurses and healthcare workers for placement at U.S. healthcare facilities. Pat has a degree from the University of San Francisco in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior
