International RN's ideally should have passed the CP Exam and/or NCLEX as well as the English language proficiency exams. In certain circumstances, we will provide financial support for the RN to get through these requirements.
If placed as a regular full-time employee of a health care facility, you will be eligible for the same salary and benefits afforded to their nurses already on staff and would be bound by the facility's terms and conditions of employment.
