Will I be offered a competitive salary and have regular salary reviews?

Yes. Direct Source HealthCare offers competitive starting salaries, which are at or above the prevailing wage for the geographic area where you will be employed. Your salary will be reviewed annually.

If a Healthcare Facility employs you, the starting salary will be highly competitive and will conform to the Healthcare Facility's pay policies.

Will I be offered a Benefit Package?

Yes. Both Direct Source HealthCare and the Healthcare Facilities we represent offer a full, comprehensive benefits package that may include any of the following options:

  • Medical and Dental Insurance (employee and eligible family members)
  • Basic Life and Supplemental Life Insurance
  • Short and Long Term Disability Insurance
  • Paid Time Off (including vacation, sick, personal and holiday pay)
  • Retirement Plan

Eligibility for most of Direct Source HealthCare's insurance coverage is on the first day of employment in the United States.

If you are employed directly by a Healthcare Facility, eligibility could vary depending on the provisions of the specific Healthcare Facility's plans.
