Employment

After my initial interview, when could I be offered employment with Direct Source HealthCare?

After your face-to-face interview and upon our return to the United States, we will be presenting you and your credentials to a variety of Healthcare Facilities. We will then extend offers of employment to candidates we select. At that time, interviews with the Healthcare Facilities may be necessary. Direct Source Healthcare will make any and all arrangements for those interviews.

Will I be employed by Direct Source Healthcare or directly by a Healthcare Facility?

Some employment offers will be to work through Direct Source Healthcare at a Healthcare Facility and some employment offers will be to work directly for a particular Healthcare Facility.

At the moment, the Healthcare Facilities we work with are in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. We will provide you with detailed information about the institution and the geographic area where they are located whether you work through Direct Source or directly for the facility.

Will I need to sign an Employment Contract with Direct Source Healthcare?

Yes. All employees, both those working through Direct Source at the Healthcare Facility or those working directly for the Healthcare Facility, will be asked to sign an initial 3-year employment contract.

The contract is an agreement between the employee and the employer describing terms and conditions of employment. The contract also defines costs that will need to be reimbursed by the employee if he or she chooses to leave the employer prior to the end of the initial contract term.
