This coverage takes effect from the first day of employment and is provided to every employee who chooses to enroll. 70% of the cost of coverage is company paid and 30% is contributed by the employee. Dental Insurance - Direct Source HealthCare offers all employees dental insurance coverage through the CIGNA Dental HMO (DHMO) at no cost. Additionally, employees also have the option to participate in the CIGNA "Preferred Provider Organization" (PPO) on a voluntary basis with premium payments processed through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis.
