Dental Insurance - Direct Source HealthCare offers all employees dental insurance coverage through the CIGNA Dental HMO (DHMO) at no cost. Additionally, employees also have the option to participate in the CIGNA "Preferred Provider Organization" (PPO) on a voluntary basis with premium payments processed through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis.
