Direct Source HealthCare (DSHC) is pleased to announce its collaboration with Advanced Carrier Opportunity, LLC (ACO).  

ACO is owned and operated by Dr. Alex Pikus and Inessa Kogan.  The business of ACO is to prepare RNs to successfully complete the U.S. qualifying exams, NCLEX-RN and the English proficiency exams (either TOEFL iBT or IELTS).   The business of DSHC is the recruitment and placement of Registered Nurses at U.S. healthcare facilities. 

Together DSHC and ACO will be recruiting experienced RN candidates from Lithuania, Latvia, the Ukraine and Russia.  This venture was launched in October 2006 with a trip to Eastern Europe by representatives of both companies where presentations were made to groups of interested RNs.  “We are very excited about this collaboration and look forward to bringing many talented RNs to the U.S. to begin their American nursing careers,” said DSHC CEO, John Haines.  “We have clients who have specifically asked us to find bilingual RNs (English and the languages of Eastern Europe).

The association with ACO will enable us to meet these client needs.”
