Shagun started her career in 1995 as an IT professional. She worked at the National Institute of Information Technology in New Delhi, India for over 5 years. The first 3 years of her time at NIIT were spent teaching various computer languages including VB, Java, C++ and Web development. In 1998, Shagun was promoted to the position of Group Leader and was responsible for a team of 6. She also managed the professional placement of candidates graduating from the training center.

In 2000, Shagun relocated to the United States. Here she joined Direct Source Consulting and got involved in the IT sourcing business. She was responsible for interviewing new candidates, analyzing their skills and developing training programs for all employees.

When Direct Source branched out into the Nursing arena in the year 2002, Shagun gradually got involved in this side of the business. The IT market was also seeing a slowdown at the same time giving her more time and opportunity to learn more about the various nursing processes.

Shagun has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology as well as a 3-year Advanced Diploma in Software Programming.

He now becomes part of the team in the USA as the Manager of Candidate Services

Jack graduated from the University of the East in Caloocan City, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1990. After passing the civil engineering board examination he started working as a designer for a housing developer. He then joined a construction company as Vice President for Engineering. Eventually, he established and managed his own construction firm. Since arriving in the U.S. he has acquired his license as a real estate broker.

Her graduate studies in Psychology with a double degree in Behavioral Science led her to a career in sales training and development, as well as conceptualization of employee motivation and training programs for companies such as Avon Cosmetics, Mondragon Personal Sales Inc, Enabler Manpower and Training Consultancy and Gift Gate Incorporated. With the enthusiasm to learn and explore more she took up short courses in Basic Paramedics and Child Development Course in Los Angeles, California.

Her ability to organize and motivate people to achieve team objectives has made Lisa a key parish leader at Sts. Peter and Paul Parish in Makati. Her involvement in the Luke 18 and Antioch movements has allowed her to enrich the lives of countless kids and teenagers in the community.

Within the last 4 years, Lisa’s active involvement in team organizing has opened her doors to the exciting field of stage and production coordination for corporate events and product launches. To this day, she dabbles into freelance production assistance and coordination, apart from dutifully screening and equipping potential Philippine nurses for placements abroad.

In 1979, she joined the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP)where she held the position of Property and Records Custodian. After a year,she was promoted to Administrative Assistant until her resignation in 1986. During her tenure, she was consistently rated outstanding employee in the Administrative Office.

In her career move, she began her diplomatic experience by joining the Embassy of Nigeria as Account Assistant to the Finance Attache. For sixteen years she was shifted to several positions as Secretary to the Head of Chancery, Visa Consulate, and the Minister/Charge d'Affaires. She twice served two Ambassadors until 2003.

In 2004, she was hired as Operations/Personnel Manager by one of the manpower recruitment agencies in Manila. It was her first stint in private work.

Violeta holds a degree in Banking and Finance at the Adamson University, Manila.

Prior to joining Direct Source Healthcare as an applicant, Gilbert spent seven years of his nursing career in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He worked at King Fahd General Hospital as an Orthopedic Staff Nurse and at the Convalescence and Rehabilitation Center Hospital in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. There he worked as a Charge Nurse and as a Supervisor in the Male Stroke Unit. Upon his return to the Philippines, he focused on passing the qualifying exams for the U.S.

He will soon be joining the Nursing Staff of Komanoff Rehabilitation Center in Long Beach, Long Island, New York.

While in process for the U.S., Gilbert will be working with RN candidates to coach them on successfully passing the NCLEX-RN exam. He has already done so with a number of candidates, all of whom passed NCLEX-RN on the first try.

She is a Registered Nurse. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of Fatima University; she also worked at Fatima Medical Center as an ICU Charge Nurse for more than 4 years. She has passed all the U.S. qualifying exams: CGFNS, NCLEX-RN, and IELTS. Her work in some prestigious hospitals abroad provided her the chance to acquire certifications such as ACLS, PULSE, BLS, NICU Training, ECG.

Fides is presently in the visa process. She will join the Nursing Staff of the Medical ICU-CCU of New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York.

Sheila graduated from Our Lady of Fatima University College of Nursing in 1994. Prior to joining Direct Source Healthcare as an applicant, Sheila spent seven years of his Nursing career in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 1996 she worked as a Staff Nurse in King Fahd General Hospital. After two years she was absorbed by the Ministry of Health and was assigned in a Convalescence and Rehabilitation Center Hospital in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. There she worked as a Staff Nurse and a part time Night Supervisor in the Stroke Unit. Sheila has passed all the U.S. qualifying exams.

Sheila is presently in the visa process. She will soon be joining the Nursing Staff of Komanoff Rehabilitation Center in Long Beach, Long Island, New York.

Marjorie is a graduate of De Los Santos College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from 2001. She is included in the Top 20 Nurses who took the Nursing Board Exam in 2001. Her nursing skills were honed when she started working at Fort Bonifacio General Hospital of the Philippine Army. She was assigned to the Emergency Department and Medical Surgical ward of the Military Hospital.

Marjorie is presently in the visa process. She will soon join the Nursing Staff of Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.

With his exemplary performance at work, he was eventually trained to be a Cardiovascular Nurse and then was assigned to the Intensive Care Unit-Coronary Care Unit where he had the opportunity to work with the best Doctors and Nurses in the Philippines. Currently he is again doing Private Duty Nursing at UST and works also as a part time Clinical Instructor. TJ passed all the U.S. qualifying exams.

TJ is presently in the visa process. He will soon be joining the Nursing Staff of Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center, Patchogue, Long Island, NY.

Simultaneously, he balances his work schedule to provide leadership and guidance to the youth of Sts. Peter and Paul Parish in Makati.

He is currently Direct Source's Videographer and Editor. He also provide assistance with logictics during recruitment events.
